FAQs
What are the terms of Revenue Sharing
Revenue share depends on involvement level:
1. Lead-only Referral
You introduce the opportunity; HUKSA manages closure and delivery
- Flat 10% of gross revenue for the 1st program for every new client
- 5% royalty for repeat/recurring projects from the same client(s) for 1 year from the date of 1st program
2. Lead + Closure Support
You support the introduction and conversion process – HUKSA manages the delivery, while you help us close the deal
- 15% of gross revenue for programs up to₹2,00,000
- 20% of gross revenue for programs above ₹2,00,000
When is shared revenue paid?
- Shared revenue is released after client payment is received by HUKSA
- Shared revenue payouts are made on an invoice basis through direct bank transfer to the partner’s registered account
- Payments shall be processed within 7 to 10 business days of invoice submission
Do I need to sell or deliver a training?
No. You are not required to sell, negotiate or deliver unless you choose to be involved as a co-seller or subject expert. In short, any professional who comes across corporate training needs and values credibility, quality, and collaboration can become a referral partner.
Will I remain visible to the client?
Yes. Your role as the referring partner is acknowledged unless you prefer otherwise
Is there a formal agreement?
Yes. A simple partner agreement covers NDA, data handling, revenue sharing, payment terms, and conflict-of-interest safeguards.
Will my client relationship be protected?
Yes. The model is designed to protect and strengthen your client relationship. You remain visible as the trusted professional who enabled the right solution.
Can I continue delivering my own training programs to the same client?
Of course! This program complements your work and does not restrct your independent practice in any way.
Is there any exclusivity involved?
No! There is no exclusivity requirement. You are free to work with other clients and partners.
