WE DIDN'T START BY BUILDING COURSES!

We started with Deep-Domain Research.

If you take any function — say procurement, manufacturing, finance — it is not a set of topics. It is a value chain - A series of Processes, Decisions and Dependencies.

So the first step was to map that Break it down into:
