OUR STORY
Why we built HUKSA the way we did?
There is no shortage of courses.
There is no shortage of trainers.
There is no shortage of content.
The problem is not access to learning.
It's RELEVANCE!
And that’s what Huksa is built around!
WE DIDN'T START BY BUILDING COURSES!
We started with Deep-Domain Research.
So the first step was to map that Break it down into:
- Key Areas, Roles, Responsibilities
- Micro-Capabilities and
- Specific Points Where Teams Typically Need Support
This is where Infollion’s expert network changes the game!
130,000+ SMEs across 50+ sectors
Instead of being limited to a small pool of trainers, we could reach experts across
- Sectors
- Functions
- and Geographies
From a plant head in a Tier-2 city, to a supply chain leader in a global organization, to a domain specialist in a niche area – Access was no longer the constraint. And with our in-house deep-research capabilities coupled with 16+ years of legacy, it was BAU –
Indentifying the right expert for the right learning intervention.
A large part of our work goes into:
- Understanding the client’s context in detail
- Mapping that to specific capability gaps
- Designing learning modules with micro-agendas that add real value
This is where our deep-domain research approach comes in. Not as a supporting activity – but as the foundation!
Because without that, you’re still operating at a surface level!
If you treat learning as a set of programs, you will always be limited.
Because capability is not built in isolated sessions.
That’s what led us to expand beyond just training. Not as separate services. But as parts of the same system.
Core Values
We prioritize what works in real environments, even if it means discarding content that looks good but doesn’t translate to the job.
We design around business context instead of using pre-built or templated programs. We're focused on outcomes.
Learning is only valuable if it translates into action and shows up in day-to-day decisions.
We work with on-ground practitioners with real-world experience to lead learning, not generic trainers.
We don’t see ourselves as vendors. We operate as an extension of client teams, not as a transactional vendor.
We treat learning as continuous — within our teams and in how we design for our clients.
Let’s connect over a cup!
Whether you’re exploring ideas or solving for L&D,
let’s have a conversation — no decks, just clarity.
